My name is Jhon Piscoya, and I’m the founder of JPA Real Investments LLC. Born and raised in Paterson, New Jersey, I grew up witnessing firsthand both the challenges and opportunities that come with real estate ownership.

At a young age, I watched my parents work tirelessly to provide a home for our family. Those early experiences stuck with me, and they’re what motivated me to learn more about real estate and how to use it as a tool to build a better future — not just for myself, but for others in my community too.

In 2018, I officially launched JPA Real Investments LLC with a simple mission: to provide people with real, honest solutions to their real estate problems.
